As data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the following rights:

- To request information about personal data that is processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad
- To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction of data under the stated conditions
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties
- To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of processed data
- To request compensation if you suffer damage because personal data was processed unlawfully
